Symptoms:• Difficulty focusing or completing tasks• Restlessness or fidgeting• Impulsivity or interrupting others• Forgetfulness or disorganisation Causes:• Genetics, brain development, environmental factors Treatment:• Behavioural therapy• Parent/teacher support strategies• Medication (stimulants or non-stimulants) Self-help tips:• Use planners and reminders• Break tasks into smaller steps• Maintain structured routines• Minimise distractions
